The Sultanate will host the ninth GCC Water Conference under the theme (sustainability of water in GCC) from March 21.
The conference will be organised by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources in collaboration with the Association of Water Sciences and Technology, and the GCC Secretariat-General.
The three-day conference will discuss various issues related to water and its condition in the Gulf region. The conference will focus on the issue of sustainability management of water and find a joint concept and ideal ways to make use of water resources in the Gulf region.
An exhibition on modern technologies in the field of water will also be held on the sidelines of the conference.
